3. Project Manager to support pharmaceutical industry client on training (R2R, P2P, OTC streams) end-user project on SAP implementation in LatAm (Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay)

4. RPA BA documenting PDD (Product Design Document) for Robotic process automation in cosmetics industry client

5. PM on a GBS transition for an automotive company client

   o Management of AR collections and disputes buckets and its root causes analysis
